Quick update on [REDACTED]:
Behind the scenes, my publishing statements (via SACEM) show the song has quietly racked up 48,754 real, payable streams — almost all in Europe (UK, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden) with a clear peak in summer 2024.
That’s ~3,000 streams a month at its height, purely organic from playlists and listeners.
If you’re checking Spotify and wondering why it looks way lower (or still says ‘<1,000’), it’s because it only shows recording/master-side streams (label/distributor side).
My numbers are publishing royalties (songwriter/composer side), collected separately through SACEM and reported quarterly — they don’t sync with the public dashboard.
Same streams, two different royalty pipelines. So yes — the song really is getting love across Europe, even if the public counter hasn’t caught up yet. Thank you to everyone hitting play, saving, and sharing. These quiet 48k+ streams mean the world to an independent artist!!!
